He writes and comments on topics relating to Africa’s agriculture and food security in the contexts of current situations and future perspectives.

He has a unique academic background that gives him an all-round understanding of agricultural value chains. He holds a Degree in Agronomy to understand the technical bit of animal and crop production, a Masters in Rural Development to understand the African rural setups and farming communities, and a 2-year Postgraduate in Agribusiness to understand the business aspect of agriculture.

 Besides, Joseph is fluent in English, French, and Swahili. Joseph’s greatest motivation is his passion for agriculture and his strong belief that Africa has the potential to feed the world. His work is to help unleash this potential!
